Hello Greatway Family!

CreditLift values the trust and support of our partners. We carefully track each referred client so that we can appropriately thank our partners in due course. Our team asks each new client how they heard about CreditLift three times: (1) During the first inquiry with an interested client; (2) During the consultation meeting between one of our advisors and the interested client; (3) During the agreement meeting between one of our advisors and the client how has decided to use our services.

REFERRING CLIENTS

How can I refer and earn?

There are two simple ways to refer:

(1) Visit creditlift.ca/greatway and fill out the form with yours and your referral’s details and click submit. Referring agents MUST use their Greatway email address when completing the portal form.

OR

(2) Visit creditlift.ca/greatway/ambassador and sign up to become a Greatway CreditLift Ambassador to get your own custom referral link to promote on social media or elsewhere. Everyone who signs up through your page will be tracked and credited as your referral.

Can I send my referral through email or chat?

Referrals reported through conversation or email from an agent, or a conversation or email with a client will not be honored.

I submitted a referral but did not receive any update, who can I ask?

Contact the CreditLift Corporate Accounting Coordinator by email: leonad@creditlift.ca. Provide your name and the name of the person you referred. Please allow 48 hours for response.

How to become an ambassador?

You may sign up to become a Greatway CreditLift Ambassador at creditlift.ca/greatway/ambassador. Once approved, you will receive an email with your personal referral link.

I did not receive any email upon signing up, who can I follow up with?

Please allow 48 hours for a CreditLift Ambassador sign up approval. If you still have not received a confirmation email with your personal referral link, please contact our general manager by email: craigw@creditlift.ca.

Our CreditLift Ambassador Program allows our partners to refer and earn with a $0 marketing strategy! Share our post on social media and include your personal referral link on the post. Wait for referrals to sign up through your page that will be tracked and credited under you.You may even receive direct messages from potential referrals through this marketing strategy!

 

You may also add in your own message to increase effectiveness.

 

REFERRAL PAYMENT

When will I be paid?

CreditLift pays referral fees to our referring partners the month after the referred client’s consumer proposal has been approved by the creditors.

How will I be paid?

CreditLift makes payment directly to the Greatway commission department. We are not aware of the internal Greatway process for passing on the referral fee to the Greatway agent.

I haven’t received my referral reward yet. Why not?

These are the possible reasons why you have not received a referral reward from CreditLift.

 

1. The referral was not submitted correctly through our website
2. The referred client verbally confirmed they were not referred by a professional during the first phone call, at the consultation meeting, or at the agreement meeting
3. The referred client decided not to use our services
4. The referred client has not provided the documentation necessary to complete their file
5. The referred client decided to proceed with bankruptcy rather than a consumer proposal
6. The referred client is still within the mandatory 45-day waiting period before the consumer proposal will be approved
7. The referred client’s creditors have submitted a counteroffer, and this has delayed the consumer proposal approval process
8. The referred client’s creditors would not accept their consumer proposal
9. The referred client committed fraud, which prevented them from continuing with CreditLift services
10. The referred client is not in good financial standing with CreditLift
11. The referred client’s creditors have insisted they cancel their services with CreditLift in order for their consumer proposal to be approved
12. The Greatway commissions department has not yet processed on their side

OTHERS

What are the best practicing when referring clients to CreditLift?

Do double check the accuracy of your email address. Mistaken email will result in delay of referral fee
Do your best to be in the first meeting with your client.
Do follow up with your client.
Do include your referral link every time you share our post. Without your referral link, we cannot track your referrals from your shared posts.

 

Do not screenshot images and/or remove the CreditLift brand as this is an infringement of our company's custom art work. You may promote CreditLift on social media by sharing our posts or through images directly provided for Greatway.
 
Do not claim that you work FOR CreditLift such as saying:
 

I will/can reduce your debts
I will/can cut your debt by 80% off
I will/can consolidate all your debts
I am your debt relief advocate

What are the important things I need to remember when referring clients to CreditLift?

No financial advisory firm has been given permission to copy in any way any of our customized artwork without any expressed written permission from CreditLift. The only legal permission given to any financially advisory firm or any firm is to "share" posts.

 

All financial advisory firms must not represent themselves as advisors, retained by CreditLift, and can only reference us as product
providers, partners, referrals. No financial advisor may give the impression or claim that they work FOR OR ARE EMPLOYED BY CreditLift.

 

This also compromises Greatway legally as you are licensed financial advisors who refer but are not licensed collection agents or working in the insolvency industry. You may compromise your license and maybe charged for fines or penalties by your insurance regulating bodies.
